01Do I need to register before using the service?
Yes. Registration is required to collect your home address and accept our terms for insurance and liability coverage.
02Is gratuity required?
Yes. A 20% driver service gratuity is required for all Safe Home Services.
03Can I book last minute?
Services booked with less than 3 hours notice are not guaranteed. Availability may be possible at Check Valet partnered restaurants where valet service is actively operating.
04Where can my car be delivered?
Vehicles are delivered to the registered home address only. Third-party locations are not permitted.
05Do gift certificates expire?
Yes. All Safe Home Service gift certificates expire 365 days from the purchase date.
06What if Safe Home Valet is unavailable?
If Safe Home Valet is unavailable, Midnight Car Delivery will be offered as the safest guaranteed alternative.
